It's the little things.

You just can't put a price on some things. God bless the makers of the family restroom with the little seats to contain children. I can't remember the last time I had such a peaceful bathroom experience, even if there were two little eyes watching me. I could have stayed there all day.
It appears Skylar is working on a mullet. Do I cut it or just be glad she has hair at all?

  1. Ha ha! Trust me, it only gets worse. Try having your kid say "Mommy, are you going poop?! Can I flush for you?" in a crowded bathroom. There's always a running commentary on your "waste" with a toddler.

Thank you so much for the card Keri! That made my day. No, I am not handling all of the new responsibilities with grace. I am acting like a big crybaby all the time. Just ask my mom....

  2. I totally hear you on the mullett thing. I'm just letting Haley's grow. Its starting to curl on the bottom now and I just can't bring myself to cut it. So my rule is whenever we go out in public I do her hair in a way that disguises it. Eventually I'll take her to get her haircut to even things up a bit but until then I just can't bring myself to do it.
